We collect what we need to run Angkora and nothing more. We do not sell your data. Email sayuj@inkballinc.com and we will delete your account and your data.

• Your name, email, and password. Plus payout details if you sell guides.
• What you bought and when. Card details go to our payment processor, not to us. We only see the last four digits.
• What you write: reviews, support messages, and guides you upload as a creator.
• Basic usage data: pages viewed, device type, rough location from your IP, and crash logs.
• Emails you send us.

• Running your account and delivering what you bought.
• Taking payments, paying creators, and catching fraud.
• Support, when you write in.
• Fixing and improving the app.
• Receipts and policy updates.
• Marketing email only if you opt in. Unsubscribe any time.
• Tax and accounting records we are legally required to keep.

If you are in the EU or UK, our legal bases are contract, legitimate interest, consent, and legal obligation, matched to the uses above.

Only vendors that work for us under contract: payments and payouts, hosting and storage, transactional email, and analytics and crash reporting.

Creators see how many copies of a guide sold, not who bought it. They never get your payment details. We also hand over data if the law requires it, or if the company is ever acquired, in which case we will tell you.

We are in the US and our vendors process data in the US and elsewhere. For EEA and UK data we use Standard Contractual Clauses.

As long as your account is open, then as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is usually seven years for transaction records. Content you delete comes off the service and clears out of backups on our normal rotation.

Depending on where you live you can ask for a copy of your data, fix it, delete it, export it, or object to how we use it. California residents can ask what we collect and ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. Email sayuj@inkballinc.com and we will get back to you within 30 days, free.

Encrypted in transit and at rest, access limited to people who need it, and reputable infrastructure. Nothing is perfect, and if there is a breach we will tell you and the regulators where required.

The ones that keep you signed in and secure checkout, plus light analytics. Block them in your browser if you want, though sign in will stop working.

Not for under 13, or under 16 in the EEA and UK. If a child signed up, email sayuj@inkballinc.com and we will delete it.
