Angkora is run by Ink Ball Incorporated, a Wyoming profit corporation, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using the app or the site, you agree to these terms.

Angkora sells digital travel guides. Independent creators write them, we run the platform and handle payment. Creators are responsible for what they write.

• You need to be 18 or older to buy or sell.
• Keep your login details to yourself. Anything done on your account is on you.
• We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.

• Guides are priced between $5 and $40. Prices are in USD and shown in full before you pay.
• Every purchase is a one time charge. No subscriptions, no auto renewals.
• Payments on the site go through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
• Purchases inside the iOS app are billed by Apple under Apple's terms.

Guides unlock right away, so refunds work a bit differently. See the refund policy, which is part of these terms.

Buying a guide gets you a personal license to read it and use it for your own trips. Do not resell it, repost it, or feed it to a model.

• Your guides have to be your own work.
• Describe them honestly, so what someone gets matches what they paid for.
• You are an independent creator, not our employee, and you handle your own taxes.
• We keep a platform commission on each sale and pay out the rest to your connected account on a regular schedule.

• Post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or someone else's work.
• Pretend to be someone you are not, or fake where you have been.
• Scrape, break into, or mess with the service.

Guides are personal experience and opinion, not professional advice. Prices, hours, safety, and visa rules change all the time. Check current conditions yourself, and your own travel decisions are your own.

The Angkora name, software, and design belong to us. Creators keep ownership of what they write and give us a license to host it, show it, and deliver it to buyers.

The service is provided as is, without warranties, as far as the law allows. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including anything that comes out of a travel decision you made based on a guide.

Close your account any time by emailing sayuj@inkballinc.com. We can suspend access if these terms get broken.

We may update these terms, including as we add new products. We will change the date at the top and email registered users if something material changes.

Wyoming law applies, and Wyoming courts have jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live says you can file closer to home.
